- Kristine Smith Added 2018-06-08★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The average PSW in Ontario is paid $18 an hour. Home instead pays their PSW's $13.75. This is an aboutle joke and wouldn't never recommend anyone to work here. They don't reimbursse mileage either. Terrible, just terrible. Not sure how they have employees.
