Called for express lane oil change at 6pm, open til 8pm. Service tells me as long as I am there by 7:30pm he can fit me in no problem. Guess what, i was there at 6:55pm after rushing across town to get there, to be told sorry, can't fit you in. I explained my phone call earlier. Didn't care.... wasted my time.
    Very unimpressed...
Once again proving even if you spend a lot of money on a vehicle and want to maintain your warranty by paying Dodge to do the work they don't care.
I can change my own oil no problem however warranty won't be covered if I do...
Unimpressed, same ole Durham Dodge just a name change.

UPDATE #2: I did get in touch with someone at Fraser Chrysler and they did do a good job servicing my truck. Glad I gave them another chance.

UPDATE/ADD: Came back across this as someone I was talking to today wanted to know what Fraser Chrysler was like and I told them my experience and so I thought I'd see if the reviews had changed. When I came back to look I saw the response from the Owner which you all can see below that stated they would be in touch with me. At the time of writing this update the Owner's comment had the time stamp: "3 weeks ago". Guess what? I have still not heard anything back. Communication seems to be a ongoing issue still.

ORIGINAL POST edited slightly for brevity:

I bought a RAM 1500 truck new in 2011. I have faithfully returned for all service as recommended. Still I cannot get them to provide real "service" at all. After numerous attempts to get some work done I was finally frustrated enough to respond to their constant emails about selling my truck or buying another one. Here's how the exchange went word for word (I will leave the name of the individual off):

March 30: from them: "Employee Pricing on Ram trucks !"

March 30: from me: "I do love my truck but I don’t think I can buy another one based on the service I fail to receive in your service department."

March 30: from them: I thank you for taking the time to respond. I'm very sorry that you have not been happy with our service department. As of recent we are under new ownership by the Fraser Auto Group and would like to let you know that we take good customer service very seriously. Please feel free to reach out to me personally as I would like to know how we can assist in future."

March 31: from me: "I’ve tried getting my bumpers and passenger side mirror fixed but the service department has not been very good at communicating with me. Many phone calls and emails go unanswered and ignored. I know you do not have an autobody repair shop but could you recommend one then?"

March 31: from them: "We actually now have several Carstar Repair Centre under our auto group. Would it be alright if I have a representative call you to discuss the repairs you require ?"

March 31: from me: "Sure but the repairs needed should be in your system already. "

Sounded like good customer service right? BUT.... guess what.... no more responses... no phone calls... but I still received more sales pitch emails. I again told them that they didn't seem to want my business.

Anyway, that's been my experience with them. Word for word. and not including all the previous attempts I have given them to do the work. I've had my truck in there so many times I cannot count.

I've talked to others too who have had similar experiences with Durham Chrysler's service department. Up to you now if you want to waste your time - but I don't anymore. There are other dealerships and service centres. Your car/truck is likely one of the most expensive thing you own and you leave it in their care... you would think that they would keep the communication open.
